Corporate Development Manager - Six Month contract/ potential extension - Fortune Business

We are working with a leading corporate, who are now looking to add a corporate development manager to their team. The role, supporting the Head of Corporate Development for Europe, will work on the execution of M&A deals for the firm in the EMEA region. They are looking for a professional who can project manage significant parts of deals, including due diligence, valuations, analysing investment opportunities and managing transactions. The successful candidate will probably come from an investment banking or corporate development background. It is likely that you will have 6 - 10 years experience in M&A / equivalent. The opportunity is for an initial 6 month contract, although there is a possibility for an extension, to be confirmed.
