Strategic planning recruitment has been a consistent focus since we were incorporated in 2003. Recruiting both group strategy and more operational strategy roles within subsidiaries, we actively target professionals from the major strategy consulting firms for our clients. We also recruit strategy professionals from other businesses as appropriate. Candidates sourced range from associate consultant to principal level, pre and post MBA. Key to this has been mapping of business schools and maintain relationships with graduates from schools such as Harvard, Wharton and INSEAD.

We consider ourselves one of the leading providers of ‘in house’ mergers and acquisitions professionals for blue chip plcs. Using our network of investment banking, accounting and private equity professionals we have been able to identify a number of highly commercial corporate development associates, managers and directors at salary levels from £50,000 to £200,000.
