Our leveraged finance and corporate finance team work with a number of leading 'blue chip' institutions as well as some of the smaller but highly successful boutiques. Within leveraged finance, we have successfully helped clients fill roles within origination, execution and portfolio management. We concentrate on providing clients with relevant, experienced candidates; and we concentrate on identifying professionals from accountancy firms, strategy consultancies, investment banks and of course other leveraged finance providers. Increasingly, we are working with syndicated finance and mezzanine finance groups and asked to identify individuals with exceptional understanding of complicated debt structures and credit backgrounds.
The corporate finance team identifies first entrants to the industry such as accountants with transaction experience joining as Analysts or Executives, through to Director and Vice President level positions. In recent years we have continued to focus on developing a strong network of European professionals, providing clients with M&A or corporate finance experience in countries such as Germany, Spain and Italy.
