Asset Management - Equity, Infrastructure and Debt

One of the most successful long short funds are now looking to add an Equity Research Analyst to their London team. The fund has continued to make huge returns for investors. On a day to day basis, you will work with the Fund Managers on the identification of new investment opportunities of the fund. This could involve company specific or sector specific research. You would then build an investment case, build financial models, carry out commercial and financial analysis and make recommendations to the fund managers on buy and sell calls. The role will also involve monitoring of existing portfolios to assess events which coiuld trigger a change in value. The successful candidate can come form a variety of backgrounds including equity research, asset management, investment banking or accounting. CFAs and ACAs are encouraged You will have great academics and a real interest in financial markets which will be discussed at interview.
