Associate Director, Corporate Finance Boutique We are currently working with a rapidly growing M&A boutique based in London. The firm has been established a number of years, and has been winning a number of really exciting mandates in the small to mid cap M&A sector. They advise on both buy and sell side deals across a range of sectors. They are now looking to recruit an Associate Director into their team, who will work on the origination, structuring and execution of M&A deals for clients. You can expect to work closely with clients, advising them on all aspects of transactions.
