We are now working with a leading global investment banking firm based in London. They are now looking to hire an Associate into Consumer and Retail team. This team advises consumer and retail companies on M&A, capital markets and other corporate finance work The role will involve: Origination of new deals in the sector Full involvement in the deal making process Financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation Extensive exposure to clients Great prospects within the team They are looking for someone as follows: Associates with blue chip investment banks Consumer and Retail deal exposure Real interest in M&A 4 - 6 years exprience
