We are now working with a leading Global Infrastructure private equity fund. They have a great name in core infrastructure investing, and an excellent track record. They are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund. Roles and responsibilities Origination of new deal opportunities . Analysis of new investments including modelling and valuation. Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring Deal execution Working with portfolio companies on value creation Professional experience required Background in infrastructure investing, private equity or investment banking Excellent deal sheet in the infrastructure/ energy sector Probably suitable for someone with 3-5 years experience
