The firm has a great track record in investing in successful technology businesses and one of the best names in the sector The position: Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process Origination of new deals in European technology businesses Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models Working on deal execution - deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors Portfolio Management work They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows: Technology associates from investment banks and advisory firms Big Four advisors with tech M&A experience Extensive experience in either technology investing or technology M&A Lots of exposure to UK deals
