Investment Associate, Global Infrastructure Fund

We are now working with a global Infrastructure private equity fund. They have a great name in core infrastructure investing, and an excellent track record.

The fund takes control stakes in major infrastructure projects. The team are mainly composed of ex investment bankers or experienced infrastructure investment professionals.

They are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund in their European team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Origination of new deal opportunities
• Analysis of new investments including modelling and valuation
• Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring
• Deal execution
• Working with portfolio companies on value creation

Professional experience required background from a major investment banking firm or advisor (such as Moelis, Evercore, PJT, Greenhill, PJT), or associate level from an infrastructure fund.

Excellent deal sheet Interested in investing in the infrastructure asset class, probably suitable for someone with 3-5 years deal experience.
