Junior Associate, US Infrastructure Fund

We are now working with a leading US Infrastructure private equity fund. They have a great name in core infrastructure investing, and an excellent track record.

They are now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Origination of new deal opportunities
• Analysis of new investments including modelling and valuation
• Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring
• Deal execution
• Working with portfolio companies on value creation
• Professional experience required 2nd analyst to 1st year associate level with 2 to 4 years experience
• Infrastructure deal experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Currently working in a leading investment bank or advisor
• Experienced in working on major M&A deals
