An exciting, growing small to mid cap private equity fund is looking to add an Investment associate to their team. The fund is a generalist investor investing across Europe.

The role:

Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
Origination of new deals in businesses
Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
Working on deal execution – deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:

3rd year Analysts/ Associates from investment banks
Strategy consultants from the top consulting firms
Private equity professionals
Excellent deal sheet
Real interest in small to mid cap investing
