Analyst and Associate, Consumer M&A, London

We are now working with a very successful investment banking firm, who are looking for an  Analyst andAssociate to their European consumer team. This team advises retail and consumer companies on M&A activities.

In the position, you will work closely with clients, assisting them with M&A deals. Day to day, this could involve:

Origination of deals
Financial modelling and valuation
Work on due diligence exercises
Advise clients on financing of deals
Work on deal negotiation
Preparation of deal documents

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

Analysts / Associates with the investment banking teams of other advisors or corporate development professionals
Excellent deal sheet
Financial Modelling skills

Analyst 1-3 years experience

Associate 4 – 6 years experience
