We are working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing.

They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt team.

The role will work on the following:

– Origination of investments for the firm

– Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments

– Financial/ LBO modelling

– Structuring of transactions alongside Directors

– Managing advisors as principal

– Deal execution

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
VP leveraged Investment bankers with infrastructure lending experience
Experience must including infrastructure debt origination work
Infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
